Want to work multiple muscles? This added function bar is the ticket! Connect resistance bands to the outside connection rings and work standard inside, outside and hammer curls. Pull your overhand grip, hammer curl up to your chest - pause and proceed to military presses. Not enough? Stop at the peak of your military, bend your elbows allowing the bar to come down behind your head to perform triceps curls.
Think that's it? NOT NEARLY!! Add another resistance band by connecting both carabiners to the added function (middle) strap on this little dynamo to increase and distribute resistance along the length of the bar when performing inside, outside, and hammer curls. Talk about a functional workout! The increased resistance and longitudinal distribution causes you to engage your core to maintain proper posture throughout each repetition.
But this bar isn't only for upper body workouts! Connect the appropriate level resistance to the outside connection rings, use your feet to anchor the band(s) and carefully work the bar onto your shoulders with your hands gripping the bar slightly wider than shoulder width. Now you're ready to work those legs! Thats right . . . . squats!

More Functional Biceps Curl
· Attach band(s) to both sides of the 3 strap Multi-Myo bar and both ends of a lighter band to the center strap (ensure all connections are secure). This will solicit more muscle engagement from your core.
· Place the center of the band(s) under the arches of your feet to act as an anchor. Alternatively, band(s) can be attached to either Anazao Fitness Gear door mount anchored along the bottom edge of a door.
· Your arms should be by your sides towards your hips. Remove slack.
· Bending your elbows, slowly raise your hands towards your shoulders until you are almost touching your chest.
· Slowly lower your arms back to your sides.
