Good Things do come in small packages!! Perfect for the gym, in-home use or for travel, the 17" single strap Multi-Myo bar is a compact yet incredibly versatile workout tool. Work biceps and triceps (curls), lats and deltoids (standing rows), abdominals and obliques (wood chops) - and more! This bar is far more than meets the eye.
· Attach the resistance bands to the 17”, 20” or 30” Multi-Myo bar. Anchor tubing to one of the Anazao Fitness Gear door mounts anchored along the top edge of a door or to a securely fastened fixed anchor point.
· Stand below the anchor point for the bands.
· Grasp the bar with both hands, with your knuckles facing upward and your elbows tucked into your sides. Your hands should be just below your chin.
· Keeping your elbows tucked into your sides, slowly push down until your arms are fully extended (do not lock joints).
· When you get to the bottom of the motion, tighten your triceps.
· Slowly return your arms to the starting position.
