Ordering Information 1. All orders are subject to acceptance by AccuFitness, LLC (AccuFitness) at its offices in Greenwood Village, Colorado. 2. Any modifications regarding pricing, terms of sale or general ordering information shall not be effective unless accepted in writing by an authorized representative of AccuFitness. 3. Purchase orders will not be accepted with inaccurate pricing. 4. Only the products, quantity, specific shipping instructions and information requested by the customer and accepted by AccuFitness shall apply. 5. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. 6. Prices are subject to change without notice. 7. Prices do not include shipping & handling costs. 8. Prices do not include applicable state and local taxes. AccuFitness may elect to pay such tax and add the amount to the invoice. 9. AccuFitness will accept orders via phone, facsimile transmission or e-mail (info@accufitness.com) Terms (Domestic) New accounts – credit card purchase only. Net 30 days with established account history & approved credit (Terms accounts are established at the sole discretion of AccuFitness). An interest charge of 1.5% per month, 18% per annum will be added to all invoices over 30 days. Terms (International) International purchases require 100% prepayment via international wire transfer of funds. Shipping (Domestic) 1. All shipments are F.O.B. Destination. Freight and handling prepaid and added to invoice; purchaser is responsible for all freight charges unless alternate freight arrangements are made in advance between purchaser and AccuFitness. 2. Orders normally ship within two business days of receipt of order. 3. When special handling is requested, the required additional transportation and handling charges will be added to the invoice. 4. AccuFitness shall use its best efforts to fill orders, but AccuFitness shall not be liable for nonperformance or delays caused by a shortage of supply of raw materials, manufacturing problems, delivery or labor problems, acts of regulatory agencies, discontinuation of a product line, acts of God, or causes beyond its control. Purchaser agrees that in such events AccuFitness may allocate products among all purchasers, without liability. Shipping (International) 1. All shipments are F.O.B. Destination. AccuFitness shall use its best efforts to fill orders, but AccuFitness shall not be liable for nonperformance or delays caused by a shortage of supply of raw materials, manufacturing problems, delivery or labor problems, acts of regulatory agencies, discontinuation of a product line, Acts of God, or causes beyond its control. Purchaser agrees that in such events AccuFitness may allocate products among all purchasers, without liability. Damage or Loss in Transit Freight should be counted and inspected before the carrier departs. When damaged freight is received from the carrier or when the shipment is short, a detailed notation should be made on the delivery copy and signed by the carrier's driver. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING FREIGHT CLAIMS. Assistance may be obtained by calling the AccuFitness Customer Service Department at 303-799-4721 / 800-866-2727. Returns 1. Credit will not be issued for merchandise returned without permission from AccuFitness Customer Service Department. 2. Unauthorized returns or returns shipped freight collect or C.O.D. will not be accepted. 3. Defective merchandise, items shipped in error and/or damaged in transit must be reported within 30 days of shipment. 4. Products must be returned in the same condition as received within 30 days of original shipment by AccuFitness. Contact Customer Service at 303-799-4721 for returned materials authorization. 5. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with the returned materials authorization clearly marked on the shipping label and/or package. 6. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip or original purchase confirmation showing purchase from AccuFitness. 7. Returns are not authorized for the following: A. Items not purchased directly from AccuFitness. B. Products that have deteriorated because of improper handling, abuse, or other causes beyond AccuFitness control. C. All products whose packaging has been opened (defective merchandise excepted).
Limited Warranty AccuFitness products carry a 1 year limited warranty if purchased from AccuFitness directly or from an authorized reseller of AccuFitness products. If the product fails during the warranty period, return it to AccuFitness, LLC, P.O. Box 4411, Greenwood Village, CO 80155-4411 with your original receipt. We will repair it or replace it at our option free of charge. Repairs due to improper use or care, negligence, product modification, or accident are not covered under this warranty agreement. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required. Products not purchased directly from AccuFitness should be returned to the reseller/retailer. Shipping costs to AccuFitness are the responsibility of the purchaser; return postage will be paid by AccuFitness. |
